You mean if looking at e.g. layers GTO, G1 and G2, then G1 and G2 both cover 
pin 10?

It looks odd to me too, but I'm not a Gerber expert. It looks the same on the 
Gerbers for rev02 and I can tell for a fact that 3V3 and GND are not shorted 
there =). Phew.
