[Cryptech Core] Alpha hardware status

The PCBs have arrived in Göteborg, and the assembly house have all components. 

Delivery of boards is currently scheduled for May 6:th, but they are looking 
for opportunities to deliver them earlier.

Pavel, can you tell me what components you think we will be desoldering for 
the bring up? I want to make sure to have replacement components for those, 
and some other standard 0402 resistor and caps.

I'm also getting one of these for the angels:
