 On the alpha board, the Master Key Memory is only accessible to the FPGA
 via SPI, so we need a new FPGA core to read and write that memory.

 Initially, this core will need a register interface, so the ARM can read
 the master key. When we have the keywrap core (#17), we can remove at
 least the read side of the register interface.
