For some reason recompiling Apache, mod_wsgi, and APR once each after
the upgrade wasn't enough, they wanted to be recompiled twice. That
fixed the WSGI mess, after which it became apparent that reinstalling
Trac had eaten about 75% of trac.ini for lunch.  Hope it was tasty.

In theory all that's now fixed, please report any further weirdness.
