Paul: I've refactored the modexp core to have the same modexp.v and
modexp_core.v partitioning of API vs the actual core To build ensure
that modexp_core.v is included in too. The big advantage is to reduce
complexity during bug hunting. And also to make it easier to changed the
memory access solution (back) when things works 100%

I've checked that the testbenches works and testcases runs with the same
results. I've also tested to build a FPGA config with the changes.
