Good stuff. One thing I can't find is links to the tools. I've added one
for Dieharder. But I fail to find a good link for the NIST tools.

I think we should add something about ent too. It is a common tool that
is quick to run. And it does provide some information about the data
being tested. How to interpret the results and what the limits of the
tool and information it provides would be good to add.
