Rather floaty ;-)

As far as I remember last time I checked, as long as you are part of the
organization that bought the license it would be ok. So all people
directly working in Cryptech (core) would probably be able to use it.

BUT as I have stated before, I think we really should try to stay with
the free licenses. Not because we can't take the cost, but that it would
be a barrier of entry to anybody else that wants to use Cryptech stuff,
test our builds and whatever.

I would be surprised if extending the use of the floating license to
anybody glovally would be ok. ;-)
