Hi,

I saw that you are discussing the need for developing on-line entropy health checks and 
adding test mode functionality to the TRNG. You may find the attached paper useful. It
describes problems associated with the traditional Logic Built-In Self-Test (LBIST) methods
and presents a very simple countermeasure against hardware Trojans which exploits 
non-zero aliasing probability of LBIST.

The paper will be presented at SoC'2014 Symposium at the end of October.
