[Cryptech Tech] HWRNG test boards

Hi folks,

yesterday I've got the batch of PCBs I've ordered and soldered the first
one up.  A few things didn't turn out quite right, but the board looks
good for the various testing purposes.

I'll get components and solder the other boards up as soon as I can.
Let me know who wants one for testing.
