I forgot to tell you dates and times.

The Friday and Saturday are 15-16 July. Count on starting sometime
around 9-10 on Friday and going through early evening on Saturday
(including the core-team+friends wrap-up meeting proposed by Phil)

If possibly talk to Stephen about travel & hotel so we can make
use of as much of that money as possible.
