[Cryptech Core] what next for CrypTech?

Hi again,
I've been talking to a few people who have been involved in CrypTech far longer than I have and have wondered whether it's time to convene the instigators and main people involved to talk about what is next for CrypTech. We've reached a point where we have working alphas and have folks lined up to be testers of that. It seems like there are several things to talk about in terms of what's next and I'm wondering whether it's time to convene people for that discussion. I've not been working on this that long, so this list may not make sense (or there may be things already covered), but some of the things on my mind include:
- what does fundraising look like going forward?
- how do we get adequate documentation to go with the code base?
- how do we get this from the reference design into a (or more!) products people will deploy?
- what remaining functionality needs to be developed?
My specific ask are:
- would it make sense to carve out time in Berlin for a discussion like this? Could we take time out of the workshop time for such a discussion, but with a smaller group of people? I imagine once IETF starts, there will be no time for a bunch of involved folks? There may be none on the Friday or Saturday even....
- if not in Berlin, when and where should we plan to have a discussion like this?
Regards,
Phil
