[Cryptech Core] Berlin Slides for FPGA

One nit on the list of available cores: It's not just "Entropy sources
for the TRNG". (It's not clear whether you're referring to the ring
oscillators or the core that taps the external noise circuit.) It also
includes the mixer and CSPRNG. I'm not sure how to phrase that in 5
words or less.

Other than that, it looks great.
