due to some exciting interaction between my firefox and the cryptech
wiki apache [0], i can not post to the wiki.  so i have the page in temp
store at https://wiki.rg.net/wiki/ScratchPage

[0] - every few months, i test to see if ffox can stand up to my 12
      windows with 115 tabs.  last week, it finally could, so i moved
      from chrome to ffox.  but it has some fun interactions, almost
      assuredly due to my local install.
