[Cryptech Core] conversation with bitsim

Since there were quite a few comments about the level of uncertainty
in the last bid I took it on myself to talk to bitsim. The response was
basically that Niclas was unable to produce a bit with fewer unknowns
because that would have meant pulling engineers off of paying customers
to work on the bid and he didn't feel he could do that.

He did suggest that if he could spend 3 billable days he could come up
with a better estimate. He also said that they had an unexpected gap
in their planning next week.

I was quite open about the fact that several in the project had
expressed the belief that with the M4, we could produce schema with
our current resources.

So the question is this: should we pay bitsim (a couple of 10s of kSEK
probably) to work up a better estimate or should we keep this option
in reserve for later?
