By default it wants to install into /opt/Xilinx, so you need to install
as root if you want to do that.

You don't need the cable drivers. Those would be for some kind of smart
debugging on dev boards like the Terasic. Joachim could probably explain
it better, but I didn't install them and haven't needed them.

Looks like it choked on one of the (unneeded) cable drivers.
