here is a read-only secret and qr-porn for lager.cryptech.is.  i
consider it public.

i will send private read/write secrets and qr-porn to joachim, rob,
leif, and anyone in core who asks and whose pgp key i have.

i can set up other archives on lager, of course.  let's see if/how this
works for folk.
