Comment (by sra):

 Port of sw/pkcs11/ to libhal RPC API essentially complete.

 Compiles and runs with the `RPC_CLIENT=remote RPC_TRANSPORT=loopback`
 configuration of libhal on the Novena, and passes all existing unit tests.

 No doubt could stand further testing with other tools, eg, hsmbully.

 Code for this is still on rpc branch, will merge to master when libhal rpc
 branch merges to master.
