 PKCS !#11 `C_CreateObject()` does not currently support installation of
 externally generated private keys (it does support this for public keys).
 While not our primary focus, and thus perhap not critical path for the
 Berlin workshop, we know there are use cases for this, as well as
 libraries whose normal use of PKCS !#11 requires this.

 Adding to workshop milestone so we don't forget to consider whether we
 need it for the workshop; just remove from milestone if deemed
 noncritical.
