 This is the alpha-board version of #37, which was instantiated as
 GettingStartedNovena.

 This will be first and foremost for the Berlin workshop, and will cover:

 - setting up the device
 - installing the software package(s)
 - configuring serial connections
 - sanity testing
 - running the signer
 - installing field upgrades
