 I suggest expanding the scope of this ticket to harmonize all the core
 registers to the extent possible, e.g.
 00-0f control and status
 10-1f key
 20-3f block or other input data
 40-5f digest or other output data

 So
 Move all TRNG control and status registers to 0x08-0x0f.
 Move all TRNG outputs to 0x40.
 Move AES result to 0x40.
 Move Chacha IV to 0x18.
 Move Chacha DATA_IN to 0x20.
 Move Chacha DATA_OUT to 0x40.
