Comment (by sra):

 Paul got me an image (hand built, automation not available yet), but
 (after a certain amount of confused testing and reverse engineering the
 calling sequence from the testbench code) it became clear that the !ModExp
 core in this image is broken.  Joachim's analysis is that ISE optimized
 away a lot of it (not all, as the name/version block is present).  Joachim
 is investigating.
