#20: bikeshed hung on reboot, don't really know why, keep an eye on it

Routine software upgrade on bikeshed required reboot. VM hung on reboot,
somewhere around the beginning of userland startup.

 `virsh reboot` on vm0 failed, had to use `virsh reset`. Hung again.

Eventually got running system by booting standalone (loader `boot -s`)
then continuing on to normal multiuser. Don't know why this worked when
 nothing else did.

vm0 had kernel update pending, required reboot.

Theory: vm0 auto-upgrade left vm0 kvm userland out of synch with vm0
 kernel.

Rebooted vm0 (since it wanted that anyway). All VMs came up normally,
which supports but does not prove above theory.

Opening ticket to track monitoring of this problem. Will close eventually
 if no further problems appear.
