 This should be a short but comprehensive guide for the new user, detailing
 - how to set up the Novena and noise board
 - how to install the software package(s)
 - how to configure the FPGA
 - how to run the software

 The CoretestHashesNovena page has a few useful nuggets, but it's woefully
 out of date.

 The deliverables should be
 - a new wiki page, linked from the front page
 - a text document in the doc/ hierarchy
 (Yes, they will have to be kept in sync.)
