Comment:

 cryptech.h and the RTL (core selectors) were done on May 5.
 Documentation (doc/design/novena-memory-map.*) was done May 27.
 Going forward, we'll update the appropriate files as we change the API,
 add cores, etc. (See e.g. #25, #28).
