[Cryptech Tech] Noisy diode entropy boards, small batch

Hi all,

This is just to let you know that I'm about to manufacture a small batch
of the noisy diode entropy source boards [1][2]. It will be very similar
to rev09 [3]. The only difference is the powering of the STM32 which
will be handled by a separate LDO rather than using the 3V3OUT on the
FTDI chip.
