For those following along, two minor changes per discussion with
Fredrik about things he and Linus found confusing while working
through this:

* The environment variable naming the PKCS #11 database has changed:
  Was: PKCS11_DATABASE
  Now: CRYPTECH_PKCS11_DATABASE

* The name of the PKCS #11 shared library has changed:
  Was: $prefix/libpkcs11.$so
  Now: $prefix/libcryptech-pkcs11.$so
