Okay, that's reasonable, and easy enough to do.

In fairness, everything under platform/novena is necessarily vendor- and
board-specific. And there's also a BUFG in the top-level, for the
EIM/FMC bus clock. But that's no reason not to consolidate the
vendor-specific stuff as much as possible.
