So normally it'd be under the GPL (well, Sleepycat license that cryptlib is
under, which is GPL-compatible) but for Cryptech use the GPL requirement is
removed, so it can be used closed-source (or whatever) when used as part of
the Cryptech hardware.
At some point we can get lawyers to do that more formally if required (which
would probably mostly consist of finding whatever license says "free to use
without GPL/BSD-like restrictions"), but the short form is, don't worry about
it :-).
