Fredrik actually suggested that if we are afraid that our design wont
fit in the C7, we can take _two_ FPGAs. I think it is a splendid idea.
The FPGAs would be connected with eachother and only have one interface
to the CPU. And later on we do the optimization needed to squeeze down
into one FPGA.

I will do a simple resource estimate and budget anyway.
