[Cryptech Tech] goals / use cases

I would split the second one in two:

 - low speed encryption for keying purposes (key negotiation, key meshing, MAC computation)
- low speed stream encryption on data 
And say that _third_ _and_ fourth cases put FPGA in the data path.
