Yesterday's routine software upgrades included a minor update to
Mailman, which is notoriously bad about upgrades.  Neither the
hysterical warnings in the FreeBSD port nor Mailman's own upgrade
scripts said anything about changing archive permissions, but 02770 is
one of Mailman's favorite directory permission settings, so I assume
this was another fun surprise left behind by the upgrade.
