    Randy - I've been working on supply chain attacks and trustworthy
    hardware since 2008. Our latest work is this:

    It is a static analysis tools for locating 'suspicious' digital
    clocked circuits. We've used it on gatelists; potentially our tool can
    be to provide better assurance of the HDL code and the toolchain used
    to produce the gatelist.
