If I'm reading the paper correctly one would probably have to isolate
the DSP cores and make them generic in order to easily move the
implementation to different FPGA technologies or ASICs. But that is
probably not a very extensive work.

One interesting thing is that the design seems to be scaleable by
varying the number of parallel DPSs. For Cryptech this is a nice feature
since we then can support really small, application dedicated solutions
(Tor for example) up to high performance applications.
