[Cryptech Tech] One note on the Cryptech uart used in hash_tester

For those of you that want to start playing around with serial commands
to coretest might want to know that yes the config interface on the uart
is also connected. The MSB address for the uart is 0x00 (SHA-1 is on
0x10 and SHA-256 on 0x20).

You can for example try to read from 0x0000, 0x0001 and 0x0002 to get
the uart core name and version. There are also some control and
configuration registers for speed, number of data bits and number of
stop bits. You should be able to write and read to these registers. But
they will not affect the uart functionality. They are not yet used in
the uart_core.

If someone wants to start hacking Verilog, extending the uart with
features like this might be a good start.
