[Cryptech Tech] The new devboard

Aloha!

Today the new FPGA development board arrived. This one has capacity
enough that we should be able to implement a complete Cryptech HW
subsystem on it. The board has Arduino Shield headers which allows us to
implement (for example) entropy sources as well as external interfaces
with Ethernet etc.

And it can do sounds and HDMI display too. I'll try and prepare some
nice demo for the next meeting.
