I haven't tested one myself, but I think Jakob or Robert Malmgren has
one and have tested it. AFAIK the results from Dieharder shows good
randomness in the generated data. They use PN-junction noise as entropy
source. The device tries to measure the quality of the entropy using Uli
Maurer's test:

All of which has to be taken at face value since it is not an open
dedign and open source though.
