To some extent, and DRAM are more sensitive than SRAM. There are quite a
lot of research into memory errors caused by radiation in avionics and
space applications.

Normally this creates bit errors in memories by flipping single bits.
For entropy harvesting a bit error caused by radiation should add entropy.

I would venture that trying to create a bias in the entropy source using
radiation would require focused high density radiation that probably
would fry the electronics. And anybody in the near area.

But I guess dol@ might have another opinion.
