Russ, Basil etc. There is now a new 160 MByte big file with rosc entropy
data collected from the rosc entropy provider in the Spartan-6 device on
the Novena board.

The difference between this file and previous file is that this data has
been extracted with SW that actually looks at the data ready signal
before extracting data.

The file is available via btsync. If anybody is interested in a copy
just let me know.

Results for ent on the data:

$ ent rosc_entropy_2014-12-18.bin
Entropy = 7.999999 bits per byte.

Optimum compression would reduce the size
of this 160000000 byte file by 0 percent.

Chi square distribution for 160000000 samples is 231.62, and randomly
would exceed this value 85.06 percent of the times.

Arithmetic mean value of data bytes is 127.5014 (127.5 = random).
Monte Carlo value for Pi is 3.141354079 (error 0.01 percent).
Serial correlation coefficient is -0.000142 (totally uncorrelated = 0.0).
