Well, we won't send complains to /dev/null either. What we need to do,
will do and are starting to do is compile information, write documents
and guidelines to help people test their RNG, explain how they work and
analyze the results. This includes pointing to and provide good tools,
point to relevant literature by the giants in the field (for example
from NZ) etc. Benedict have started this work by writing about
randomness testing:
