You may then run into the problems that Intel ran into with RDRAND, that they
didn't want to make the raw entropy output available because J.Random Geek
would run Diehard on it and declare it broken, and then instead everyone
claimed they were trying to hide something.  So no matter what you do, someone
will complain.
