Hello,

I have got the following letter with proposal of cooperation with CrypTech.

I think that it is worth considering it and creating a position on this proposal.

dol@
P.S. Slide decks are very huge and do not pass mailserver limits, so I skipped it in this forward.

> Тема: Partnership proposal to CrypTech from TRUSTLESS.AI and Trustless Computing Association
>
> To Cryptech Project,
>
> Dear Mr Dolmatov,
>
> I just discovered your work at Cryptech.is <http://cryptech.is/>.
>
> Your goals and charter are very aligned to our Trustless Computing Foundation <https://www.trustlesscomputing.org/> and its spin-off TRUSTLESS.AI <http://www.trustless.ai/>, except that we are aiming to build not only a "open-source hardware cryptographic engine" for server-side needs, but also a standalone client-side personal computing device.
>
> We are building an open computing platform, a new independent Trustless Computing Certification Body, and a compliant 2mm-thin personal computing device - the Seevik Pod - that bring radically-unprecedented privacy and security to our private digital life, by eliminating the need to rely on unverified trust in anything or anyone.
>
> Initially for private banks and ultra-high net-worth clients - that will carry it in custom wallets and phone cases - our Seevik Pod will then embedded in the back of a 5mm-thin top-brand flagship Android smartphone, to bring digital freedom to millions.
>
> We are raising CHF 1m and then CHF 5m to develop, integrate and go-to-market with 10k units of our Seevik Pod, and currently negotiating at the highest levels executive to top private banks interest to be initial user for their top clients, and concurrently.
>
> Provided that your tech is fitting, after further analysis, we could consider a long-term partnership entailing:
>
> TRUSTLESS.AI commits to devote at least X% of the funding it will raise to support the development of CrypTech hardware cryptographic engine.
> Cryptech.is <http://cryptech.is/> joins free-of-charge as core CPU/SoC partner of Trustless Computing Association, Trustless Computing Certification Body and TRUSTLESS.AI, with an exclusivity for 12 months among SoC/CPU makers, replacing in such role Kryptus.
> Cryptech.is <http://cryptech.is/> support us in the next 4-6 weeks to:
> validate deeper the fit between your tech, the Pod and TCCB.
> identify other core critical stacks - especially a suitable OS and display - that are most fitting to the Pod, TC Paradigms and CrypTech techs characteristics.
> create a (rough) engineering pre-prototype with your current technologies and a chosen OS and display, to validate a few things that will contribute to de-risk the technical and manufacturability.
>
> Find attached our Deck and Deck Addendum of TRUSTLESS.AI and docs of the TCBB.
>
> By the way, we are also seeking for a CTO or CTO cofounder (remote is fine) and someone familiare in HW systems architecture and CrypTech would be highly fitting.
>
> Best,
