[Cryptech Core] Reykjavik server maintenance Tuesday 21 May

We have a long-overdue OS upgrade to do on the physical hardware that
runs our VMs in the Reykjavik cluster, and have taken advantage of
RIPE being in town to arrange for a remote hands safety net in case
the upgrade goes Horribly Wrong.

So I will be shutting down all the VMs sometime tomorrow afternoon,
and they will stay down until the upgrade is done.  This includes,
among other things, git.cryptech.is and the mailsystem by which you
are receiving this message.

In theory this is a straightforward job, can be done remotely, should
be done in a couple of hours, and nobody will have to visit the colo
(famous last words), but given that we don't have a remote power and
console setup for this rack, I prefer doing his when a mistake doesn't
require an emergency trip to Reykjavik (lovely city though it is).
