That would be my second highest priority, yes.
My highest priority would be getting anything we're going to have to
put on hold into an orderly state (current code checked in, README
describing state where work was put on hold, current vague intentions
on next steps documented, etc), so that we don't lose too much
context. If everything is already in a tidy state, or if people who
have such work in progress are willing to forgo payment on time spent
putting things neatly on the shelf, so much the better, but if tidying
up needs funding, I think we should fund it.
Other than that, I agree that Pavel's RSA work is probably our highest
priority and should have first call on whatever funds we have.
