[Cryptech Core] rev03 status

Hi all

I've gotten the first two rev03 boards from Propoint and they *are working*, 
at least as well as the rev02 boards =).

I'm currently working with Rob on some bootstrapping issues, reviewing (and, I 
think, bugfixing) Linus' tamper code and wondering why I am having trouble 
reading from the master key memory through the FPGA interface. This issue is 
not new on the rev03, and Joachim made a test program that I remember worked 
just fine, so it is probably something I'm doing wrong in my code. More on 
that later.

Anyway, the prognosis for us all still being alive next Saturday are looking 
better the closer we get. Amazing.
