 From the quote I see that BitSim charges by the hour.
Will there be an expenditure cap on this project (e.g. 20% max on top of 
the high estimate) ?

What will happen if board design is not up to the expected operational 
standards? if there is a design or layout re-spin? Cost can skyrocket.

I recommend to sort these out before the start.

P.S. must also specify to the schematic designer some environmental 
specs e.g. max ambient temp: Proper memory timing is temp dependent, and 
the board can be OK at 30 C but not at 40 C.
