The problem is that those of us who have been at the IETF meeting all
week will be effectively braindead by that point.  This is why we were
planning on just before IETF.

As Paul says, the IETF venue hotel is already full, so I've booked a
room at something nearby, for 16-25 July, on the theory that we're
keeping the original before-IETF plan.  I can change that if
necessary, but wanted to get something nailed down.
