I think it (and the other changes) makes sense. There will always be
cores that are harder to put in the perfect category.
One reason why core selector belongs in platform is that it is more of a
top level cryptech System on Chip module. And that is one thing we might
want to consider having.

I would probably placed it in platform/ or util/ or simular since it is
more of a driver, system module. But it really isn't important. Updating
docs to explain our hierarchy and update the module docs to explain what
it does is more important.
