Good agenda!

I believe it would be useful to clearly state what participants should expect, e.g.,

- get an understanding of the project status and roadmap
- discus your requirements and expectations with the team
- get hands-on experience with the cryptech code on the novena dev board
- procrastinate finding a new name for the project


Perhaps we should also state non-goals, e.g.,

- we do not sell novena dev boards at the workshop (but we have plenty that you can try)


And tell people what to bring:

- laptop (is there a list of software that people should preload)
- memory cards (SD?) if they want to bring their results back home?
- logic analyzer?
- JTAG interface?
- cookies for the team?
