jakob and crew got a signer working at one in the morning.  yay!

it is based on the software rsa build.  rob and paul will try to
complete and test the modexp6-based build in the morning.

it is not clear from email what the client opendsnsec signer host can
be.  can it be a user's mac/ubuntu/... or does it need a 32-bit machine.

if the latter, can the workshop attendee who does not have a 32-bit vm
(or we) just set up a signer account on each movena?

basil, do all the novenas boot uniquely?  if not, boot the clones one at
a time, change their /etc/networking/interfaces and /etc/hostnames
(novena-2 to novena-42), reboot, and go to the next one.  i think this
will work.

thanks to jakob, leif, rob, and probably paul, who got the darn signer
working.
