Top level test case that writes the state and then perform hash of a
block and extracts final digest has been implemented and the core
generates the expected digest.

I've run the core through ISE. The SHA256 core with state restore grows
with 17% in terms of logic (number of LUTs). Number of registers and
clock frequency does not change. The total number of LUTs needed for the
new functionality is 347.

I can merge the new functionality into master and we can do SW testing
tomorrow morning.
